services to the U.S. federal government, today announced that it has been
awarded multi-year contracts valued at a total of $11 million by the Naval Sea
Logistics Center (NSLC) and U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC).
Under the NSLC award, a four-year, time and materials contract valued at
$9 million, Stanley will provide program management, acquisition management,
systems engineering and logistics management services in support of special
logistics projects. MCSC awarded Stanley a three-year, $2 million firm-fixed
price contract, through the Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services
contract vehicle, to support the development of an automated, web-based
Prepositioning Program Decision Support and Analysis Tool (PDSAT) for the
Marine Corps' Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) and Preposition

The Naval Sea Logistics Center serves as the Naval Sea Technical Agent for
developing, maintaining and assessing lifecycle logistics support policies,
procedures and data systems. Stanley will support logistics readiness reviews
and assessments, configuration management, manpower personnel and training
analyses, supply support, maintenance planning and design interface, facility
requirements analysis, documentation support, and support and test equipment
logistics services. The work will take place primarily in Washington, D.C.
The MPF mission is to support the rapid deployment of Marine forces by
providing mobile, long-term storage of equipment and supplies near areas of
potential danger. PDSAT will assist in providing the analysis for current and
future program decisions associated with optimizing the type and quantity of
equipment and supplies pre-positioned afloat and at locations around the
globe. PDSAT will interface with the USMC Total Force Structure Management
System, support user review and input, conduct force composition analysis, and
interface with Blount Island Command's Marine Corps Prepositioning Information
Center for equipment configuration data to assess unit distribution and ship
association. Stanley will support this task from Dumfries, Va., as well as at
the Headquarters Marine Corps Navy Annex in Washington, D.C.
